The 2026 Toronto Prayer Breakfast is currently being planned and it is expected to be held, as usual, on the first Tuesday in March 2026.
Tuesday, March 3, 2026 coincides with the Jewish festival of Purim, and is exactly a month away from Good Friday.
At writing, the current plan is to once again host the Breakfast at the wonderful Parkview Manor in Don Mills.
(Date and location are subject to change.)
Congregational Tables
We encourage Christians to take ownership of their congregation’s participation at the Breakfast. Ask your leaders for permission to be your congregation’s representative for the Toronto Prayer Breakfast. With their blessing, begin to formulate a plan to fill your 10-seat table. Some congregations pay for their table from their operating budget, others encourage everyone to pay individually. Once you ascertain that you have 10 people willing to attend, you can purchase the table online, and collect the funds from each person. Many banks now have a ‘Split with Friends’ app that allows you to easily collect funds from people using email/eTransfers. (For 2026, the cost of a table of ten seats is $500.) Congregation tables booked by Feb 1, 2026 will be listed as Table Sponsors in the Event Program.
Let us know you are the congregational representative for your church, and ask for whatever help you need.
There will be a meeting for congregational reps later in the fall.
Be sure to download the 2025 Prayer Points and slides [Powerpoint | PDF], and use them in your congregational prayer meetings
Ministry and Community Tables
Many para-church ministries and community organizations book tables for a morning of fellowship with their leadership, staff, donors and key supporters. Contact us if you require any information or if you would like to purchase a half-table and be paired with another organization.
Corporate Tables
We welcome tables sponsored by Marketplace Ministries (aka Christian-owned businesses.) Contact us if you would like to organize a table centred around a specific industry (e.g. Health Care, Real Estate, Construction etc.)
The Toronto Prayer Breakfast is produced by an all-volunteer team of local Christians from various congregations, para-church ministries and businesses, and the event is run on a cost-recovery basis. Any surplus funds are forwarded to the next Breakfast event.
